I couldn't ask for a better location, being right in the middle of everything from the bus station to the beach and nightlife. The room initially didn't have a balcony but after a quick request, they kindly changed it to pool-facing, which was great. The hotel staff encountered during our stay were always on point with fresh towels and a comfy bed each day, although they could have been a bit more welcoming to younger guests like us.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms seemed more spacious and tranquil compared to others, they were unfortunately outdated and uncomfortable. The pool area was nice, but it faced some issues with a burst pipe leading to flooding. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and the bus station. The dining options were decent, with good selections, but the separate building for dining was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the port with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are cozy, clean, and spacious, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dining experience offers substantial meals, and the facilities are well-maintained. Great value for the price.
